A LEGISILATIVE FRAMEWORK FOR PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS
This course outlines the key areas to be addressed within the contractual arrangements that comprise a Public Private Partnership in relation to essential legislative and regulatory frameworks.
This course enables participants to draft contracts which reflect best practice and protect clients’ interests. You will practise using clear and concise language, producing clauses and agreements, and explore where it is appropriate to use precedents. Feedback is given by an experience practitioner.
